Temporary closure of Manitoba and Ontario store locations

In order to follow provincial guidelines, our Manitoba and Ontario store locations have been temporarily closed. If you recently had an order shipped to one of our store locations that are now closed, please contact Customer Service at 844-445-5566 or by submitting this form.  Please include your first & last name and order number in the message.
If you have recently purchased items from one of our Manitoba or Ontario locations and are wanting a return or exchange, please hold onto them and the original receipt.  We will be happy to help you once our stores have re-opened.
We look forward to re-opening and welcoming you back into our stores soon.

Temporary closure of Manitoba store locations

In order to follow provincial guidelines, our Manitoba store locations have been temporarily closed to in store shopping. Starting Monday, Nov 16, our store managers will be available to help you by phone for a personalized shopping experience. If you are shopping online, you will be able to select Ship to Store during checkout and have your order shipped to your local Warehouse One location. If your preference is stay in your car, our store managers will bring your order to you. If you'd like to pay for and pick up your order in the store (socially distanced, of course), we will make this happen too. We are doing everything possible to create a shopping experience for you that is as safe and easy as possible.

If you have recently purchased items from one of our Manitoba locations and are wanting a return or exchange, please hold onto them and the original receipt and we will be happy to help you once our stores have re-opened.

Where mandated by local government, we will be enforcing the use of masks while shopping in our stores. Please refer to your local regulations to know if masks are mandatory in your city.

As we are all still getting used to the evolving rules of shopping in the age of social distancing, please note that there may be some changes to your current shopping experience. All measures that are currently in place or will be put in place, are there to protect you and our staff. We appreciate your patience and cooperation.

All stores are officially reopened!

Due to new health and safety guidelines in place across the country, store hours may change with little or no notice. Please check our store locator page for updated store hours and call your local store to ensure their hours for the day.


Warehouse One is offering an extension to our return policy. Items purchased online between February 1 and May 15, 2020 can be returned in store or online until June 30, 2020. To receive a full refund, item(s) must be unworn with tag(s) attached and accompanied by the original receipt.

In store purchases between February 15 and June 1, 2020 can be returned in store until June 30, 2020.

Returns for items purchased in store cannot be processed by our Online Returns Department.

As a result of COVID-19, our customer service team is following physical distancing and safety measures. As such, returns will be processed one day per week and it may take longer for your account to be credited. Thank you for your patience during these unprecedented times.

We’re excited to announce that we have begun to reopen select store locations in accordance with provincial guidelines.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • We are practicing social distancing by limiting the number of people in store and remaining 2 metres from others.
  • Hand sanitizers will be available for your use at our entrance.
  • Half of our fitting rooms will be open to allow more distance between customers and team members.
  • Enhanced cleaning & disinfecting practices, including sanitization of fitting rooms between customers.
  • When possible, please use debit or credit cards for purchases.
  • We have extended our in store return policy to 45 days after government guidelines allow Warehouse One to accept returns/exchanges.
  • All returned product will be withheld from the sales floor for 72 hours.
  • Team members will stay home if they are not feeling well. To help keep everyone healthy, we ask that you also refrain from entering our stores if you are experiencing symptoms.
  • Reduced store hours – please call your local Warehouse One store for details.
  • We kindly request that you do not bring your own reusable shopping bags into our stores.

We care deeply about your well-being and providing a safe environment for you and our team members. We will continue to follow (or exceed) guidelines provided by provincial governments & health leaders, evolving and updating protocols as required.

Ship to Store

Ship to Store is currently unavailable due to the temporary closure of all Warehouse One locations. We are monitoring current Ship to Store orders and will advise customers on a case by case basis. Our hearts are heavy as news continues to make the rounds about the worldwide effects of COVID-19 on our every day life and work. Following the directives and recommendations of the federal government of Canada we have made the difficult decision to temporarily close all our stores effective end of business March 17 across Canada. Our priority is always the health and well-being of our team members, customers, and supporters and we will reopen when it is safe to do so.

We are grateful to our team members who staff our stores, serve our customers with a helpful smile, and we remain committed to doing what we can to support them and alleviate their fears in this uncertain time.

Our online store remains open to serve you. Please note that due to COVID-19 worldwide events there may be shipping delays beyond our control as circumstances change.
