Measure around the base of your neck, keeping one finger between your neck and the tape measure.

Chest

Measure around the fullest part of your chest.

Sleeve

Bend your elbow 90 degrees and place your hand on your hip. Hold the tape at the centre back of your neck. Measure across your shoulder to your elbow and down your wrist. The total length is your sleeve length.

It’s long enough to cover your bottom and thin enough to tuck it into your pants if you want to! It’s definitely Puppy Belly Soft, and I’ve washed it in Cold, and dried it halfway and then laid flat to let it finish drying! That’s just my preference, I think it would be ok to dry it all in the dryer! I hope my information helps you make the best choice that you can online! I’m purchasing all of the other colours!!
