A refund for qualifying tax-exempt items will be provided at any of our store locations for items that are purchased for an individual who meets the Provincial Children's Clothing & Footwear Tax Legislation requirements.


Tax exemption refunds must be completed in store within 30 days from the date the online order was placed. You must present your original Order Invoice and have your original method of payment present in store to receive a refund.


A refund for qualifying tax-exempt items delivered to a Reserve for an individual who holds a Certificate of Indian Status, can be requested by contacting Customer Support at customerservice@warehouseone.com or 1-844-445-5566. You will be required to provide proof of Indian Status. The address to which the items were shipped will be validated to be on a Reserve for the refund to be processed.

Warehouse One offers a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down within fourteen (14) days of the date of your purchase. Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment. Price adjustments will not be offered on purchases made between November 19 – December 9, 2023 and December 24, 2023 – January 3, 2024.

Once you have entered the code, you must click the "APPLY" button to have the discount applied to your order.
