Measure around the base of your neck, keeping one finger between your neck and the tape measure.

Chest

Measure around the fullest part of your chest.

Sleeve

Bend your elbow 90 degrees and place your hand on your hip. Hold the tape at the centre back of your neck. Measure across your shoulder to your elbow and down your wrist. The total length is your sleeve length.

I still wear them every winter. 2 are actually really nice yet, my favourite one, not so much. Some hem stitching is no longer and a bleach attack has bleached the colour. Finally I have to replace them and under $25! I’ll get a few

I wash all my darks that way with a liquid detergent for darks. Bought this in multiple colours for both my 24 year old daughter and I. Probably bought 8 or 9 in total.

I ordered this in the 3X and it is a very comfortable fit, even a little room for shrinkage, although it didn't shrink much when washed.
