Measure around the base of your neck, keeping one finger between your neck and the tape measure.

Chest

Measure around the fullest part of your chest.

Sleeve

Bend your elbow 90 degrees and place your hand on your hip. Hold the tape at the centre back of your neck. Measure across your shoulder to your elbow and down your wrist. The total length is your sleeve length.

We have a wonderful convenient store in town but you run these great sales for online sales only. It’s a shame because when I picked up my item from the store a woman was returning a large amount of items which she had bought on line and didn’t want. These stores I’m sure take this loss of sales hard. I worked retail for years and it’s tough to make daily or monthly quotas without large returns of merchandise they actually didn’t sell. Just think this is poor work ethics. I prefer to shop in store but in this day and age the deals are online and every penny counts.
