Measure around the base of your neck, keeping one finger between your neck and the tape measure.

Chest

Measure around the fullest part of your chest.

Sleeve

Bend your elbow 90 degrees and place your hand on your hip. Hold the tape at the centre back of your neck. Measure across your shoulder to your elbow and down your wrist. The total length is your sleeve length.

BUT I ordered leggings and sent in 2 emails explaining that after 2 washes my legs were being dyed black from the leggings. No response to either email. I know this is a review for the shirt. Shirt was fine. Mediocre at best. I doubt I'll be buying anything here after this though. Black ink stained legs and a shirt that has pilling after 2 washes? No thank you. Waste of money and time.

The sales girl at the store vary graciously exchanged them for me and also said I should wash them inside out, without jeans in th e load and hang to dry. I did and they still look like they are 5 years old, after one wash :(
