Measure around the base of your neck, keeping one finger between your neck and the tape measure.

Chest

Measure around the fullest part of your chest.

Sleeve

Bend your elbow 90 degrees and place your hand on your hip. Hold the tape at the centre back of your neck. Measure across your shoulder to your elbow and down your wrist. The total length is your sleeve length.

I noticed in the description that this jacket is rated to -30 which is perfect because I live in SK and it's always that cold (or colder). This rating definitely holds true. I don't even need to wear an additional bunny hug/hoodie underneath like I normally do. The fit is snug so even if there was an extra sweater underneath it would be even more tight. If you like to wear a bunny hug/hoodie underneath I would suggest going up a size but you really don't need it. It's still super comfy and I like the style. I highly recommend this jacket!

My only complaint would be that the sleeves are short, us plus size girls sometimes have long arms. I find a lot of warehouse ones clothing has short sleeves and that bothers me because I love your clothing but I’m a tall lady with long arms.
