Chest

Measure around the fullest part of your chest.

Sleeve

Bend your elbow 90 degrees and place your hand on your hip. Hold the tape at the centre back of your neck. Measure across your shoulder to your elbow and down your wrist. The total length is your sleeve length.

To my disappointment I purchased the same size and make and when I tried them on they puckered in the hip area. Was not appealing. Returned them immediately. Extremely disappointed. But still would recommend warehouse one. They tried their best to help me.
