Chest

Measure around the fullest part of your chest.

Sleeve

Bend your elbow 90 degrees and place your hand on your hip. Hold the tape at the centre back of your neck. Measure across your shoulder to your elbow and down your wrist. The total length is your sleeve length.

They fit me perfectly until I just received a new pair and these are by no means mid-rise anymore. They are a full 2 inches higher in front rise than my last 2 pairs. The back rise is even worse. Sits way above my natural waist. Very disappointed that they have ruined my go-to jeans. These are going back.
