Measure around the base of your neck, keeping one finger between your neck and the tape measure.

Chest

Measure around the fullest part of your chest.

Sleeve

Bend your elbow 90 degrees and place your hand on your hip. Hold the tape at the centre back of your neck. Measure across your shoulder to your elbow and down your wrist. The total length is your sleeve length.

It was on the thinner side, so I had some concerns about warmth however, after wearing it to the arena several times to watch hockey games I find it very cozy. The fit and sizing were perfect. I’m usually an XL ordered an XL and it fit perfectly -with room for a larger chest would recommend and would order again.
