Measure around the base of your neck, keeping one finger between your neck and the tape measure.

Chest

Measure around the fullest part of your chest.

Sleeve

Bend your elbow 90 degrees and place your hand on your hip. Hold the tape at the centre back of your neck. Measure across your shoulder to your elbow and down your wrist. The total length is your sleeve length.

This tank top was my #1 favourite because it helps conceal the mid section and it covers my butt for work. I now work in an office and need to make sure I'm mindful of that. I'm pear shaped and smaller chested and the V in the neck fit just right. I don't have to worry bending over for the most part. I've paired this tank with a kimono and leggings in the office. I ordered a size XL which I usually am in tops unless they are tighter fitting; fits true to size.
