Sleeve

Bend your elbow 90 degrees and place your hand on your hip. Hold the tape at the centre back of your neck. Measure across your shoulder to your elbow and down your wrist. The total length is your sleeve length.

Not worth driving all of the way to Leduc or Edmonton… I did wash and dry them with no issues! I with purchase them again and hope they send me the correct size! I bought a light blue hoodie to wear with the shorts!
