Measure around the base of your neck, keeping one finger between your neck and the tape measure.

Chest

Measure around the fullest part of your chest.

Sleeve

Bend your elbow 90 degrees and place your hand on your hip. Hold the tape at the centre back of your neck. Measure across your shoulder to your elbow and down your wrist. The total length is your sleeve length.

Rated 2 out of 5 by hannah from quality is lacking the other reviews are right in saying they rip really fast, i got a hole within a couple times of wearing them but it's along a seam so i'm going to sew it. the pockets are very low and large, and there's TONS of dye. it's stained some of my stuff and i have to (hand)wash them again to feel a little safer with it. i like the fit and feel of them though
