Measure around the base of your neck, keeping one finger between your neck and the tape measure.

Chest

Measure around the fullest part of your chest.

Sleeve

Bend your elbow 90 degrees and place your hand on your hip. Hold the tape at the centre back of your neck. Measure across your shoulder to your elbow and down your wrist. The total length is your sleeve length.

I did Not get a Free Gift…I could have bought the L but I like my clothes to be a bit loose! Love the pockets and the draw string! Overall a great dress for a great price! I find that if you hang it to dry then you can avoid the pilling a bit longer…
