Every time I have gone in, within seconds I was greeted by a staff member, and asked if they could help me. After the first purchase, which was my best jean purchase in my life, I now just walk in and say, this is what I am looking for. A staff member will take me right to what I need and show me any variations that are available. Usually there is a good sale going on too.
