Terrible quality control
I just purchased 1 pair in the store out of necessity.
I tried on 5, or 6, or more pairs of the same "relaxed straight" and each fit wrong in one way or the other.
One was too tight, so I tried the next size up and it was way too big.
So I tried a different colour and same issue, then found one that fit perfect so I went back to the other colour.
After more than 30 minutes, I found out that every single pair was a different size no matter what the tag said.
I thought I was going crazy!!
I used to be able to try on ONE, and then buy 2-3 of the same size without the need to try on 7 more pairs of the same colour/style.
To top it off, the factory paper price is supposed to be $59.99, and I found a custom price sticker for $64.99 placed on the tag.
More money for worse quality. Sounds like Carney runs the store.

Quality is Dropping
My husband has been buying these jeans for years, and the last few times the quality and fit is just not there. He can take a stack of four of the same size to try on, and they all fit differently. I'd ordered these online, and same problem. He went to the store and exchanged them for exactly the same size, but the new pair fit better. We've decided to start looking for another brand of jean, because this isn't worth the hassle.

good fit - rip too easily
They fit nicely, but my last two pairs have had the fabric in the front area below the zipper rip out unexpectedly

Strange sizes
I recently bought 3 pairs of relaxed fit straight leg jeans they were all the same size printed on the tags but when I got them home 1 pair fit perfect,1 pair were to small and 1 pair were to big. First time this ever happened

Shrunk
Bought my jeans a size bigger than I needed, as I was told they would shrink, well they did and now I can’t wear them. Worst money spent

My go to jeans
The relaxes straight leg Jean from wh1 are my goto, and have been even before I got to know their wares a lot more as a store manager for the company for a few years. I left the company for other options but still live the fashion and fit of wh1 clothes.

I wish your stores carries more of the straight relaxed in 38W/36L... it is very hard for me to find pants that fit so I was super happy you had 3 pair in stock. Thank you
