Measure around the base of your neck, keeping one finger between your neck and the tape measure.

Chest

Measure around the fullest part of your chest.

Sleeve

Bend your elbow 90 degrees and place your hand on your hip. Hold the tape at the centre back of your neck. Measure across your shoulder to your elbow and down your wrist. The total length is your sleeve length.

Once I wore them a bit I really liked them, until the crotch ripped out tonight. They have not been wasted enough to hardly fade yet so disappointing to say the least

We checked the other pair and it had a hole in the exact same spot. We tried to exchange them but the one remaining pair in store also had a hole in the same spot, just the other leg.
