Chest

Measure around the fullest part of your chest.

Sleeve

Bend your elbow 90 degrees and place your hand on your hip. Hold the tape at the centre back of your neck. Measure across your shoulder to your elbow and down your wrist. The total length is your sleeve length.

It hit me in all the right spots! I am 4'9", 130 lbs, 38DD and I fit my regular small. The mesh sleeves are soft and non-irritating. I cannot wait to wear this dress!
