INQUIRING ABOUT YOUR ORDER STATUS?
1. Click the tracking number on your shipment notification. This is the same information that we reference.
2. If information is not available, your package may not have been scanned in at the local depot yet. Please check back in 24 hours.
3. If the tracking number has been activated but has not had an update for many days, this indicates that the depot has a backlog. Once the order has been scanned you will see an update. It is typical to see packages not receive a tracking update for 7-10 business days right now.
