COVID-19 Safety Plan at Warehouse One:


Distancing Measures

  • Guidance to team members, including policies and procedures, to maintain 2 metre distancing from their customers and colleagues
  • Utilizing only 50% of the store’s change rooms to ensure adequate spacing
  • Signage and floor lines to create visual cues for customers and team members
  • Only one team member in the backroom or cash desk at a time
  • Increased separation at the cash desk through physical separation (customer table)
  • Maximum capacity of each store is set far below normal business operations

Cleaning

  • Detailed daily cleaning regimen to be completed by team members
  • High touch items are cleaned as used or hourly
  • Team members complete a daily cleaning checklist

Screening for Symptoms

  • Team members are required to complete the local government’s COVID-19 Self Assessment and follow the outcomes prior to each shift/reporting to work
  • Team members have been instructed to stay home from work when they are ill and will need to promptly go home if they fall ill at work

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) – where distancing measures cannot be maintained

  • Not required; distancing will be maintained
  • Team members have been provided with information on cloth masks, their limitations and instructions on how to select/use masks, should they choose to wear one

Responsibilities

  • All management team members and supervisors are responsible for ensuring team members and customers are following store policies
  • All team members must follow hygiene procedures such as handwashing or sanitizing regularly, and cough and sneeze etiquette
  • Information on our in-store policies have been made available for customers via in-store signage and by email
