Return Policy

The Return and Exchange Policy described below applies only to online purchases made through

  1. All sales are final on gift cards, clearance items, and jewellery.
  2. For all other items, to be eligible for an exchange, credit or refund as described below, the merchandise must be returned unworn with tags intact and must be accompanied by the original Invoice form. 
  3. Online returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date the order was placed and received at our warehouse within 14 days of this initiation.
  4. Purchases made with a Visa Debit card cannot be refunded onto the Visa Debit card in-store, due to restrictions under the Code of Conduct for the Credit and Debit Industry Canada.  You will be offered an exchange or store credit; or you may return by mail as per below guidelines.
  5. Purchases made with a Virtual Visa Debit card can only be refunded online.

If any item fails to meet your expectations, it may be returned for a refund (excluding shipping charges) either by mail to the address below or at any of our locations.

WH1 Holiday Return Policy 2016

Online orders placed between November 4th 2016 - December 24th 2016 can be returned or exchanged either online or in store until January 7th, 2017.

  • Return in store orders must be accompanied by the original invoice. If a full refund is needed, the original form of payment must be present. Otherwise, an exchange or store credit will be issued.
  • Return online/by mail orders must complete or request an RMA before January 7th, 2017, and be received at our warehouse no later than January 20th, 2017.
  • Return by mail 

     Items returned by mail are only eligible for refunds; exchanges must be completed in-store. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.

      1. Your package will include an order invoice and return instructions on the reverse.
      2. Following the instructions, log in to your account and initiate the return (RMA) process.
      3. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely (in the original package if possible).
      4. Make sure to include the RMA and invoice with your return.
      5. Mail the package to:

    When returning by mail, allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Refunds will only be credited to the original account used to make the original purchase.

    Warehouse One is not responsible for returned packages lost or damaged in transit. 

    Please note that marking an opened package as "Return to Sender" is against Canada Post's policy and a fee is charged when this occurs. This fee will be deducted from your return amount.

    Return in-store
    Items purchased online may be exchanged or returned in-store.

    1. Your original invoice must be presented at the time of exchange or return.
    2. Returns in-store must be completed within 30 days from the date the online order was placed.

    Returning incorrect or defective items 
    Any defective item(s) or item(s) that was different from the original invoice may be exchanged. Please note that all defective item(s) are subject to inspection. 

    It may be returned to any Warehouse One store or by mail to our warehouse as explained above. To ensure proper processing, when initiating the return indicate the reason for the return for the item(s), either defective or wrong item shipped. 

    Upon inspection, if item(s) is deemed defective or the wrong item(s) shipped, an exact replacement, if available, will be shipped to you free of charge. If your exact replacement is out of stock, we will process a refund back to the same form as the original order payment method. If item(s) is deemed defective or the wrong item(s) shipped, your return shipping cost will be credited back to the same form as the original order payment method. In order to receive credit for your return shipping cost, you must include the return shipping receipt along with the original invoice. The shipping credit amount is subject to the following: If Regular Parcel or Expedited Parcel are used, the full amount will be reimbursed. If any other type or shipping carrier is used, only the cost of Canada Post Expedited Parcel will be refunded to you, not the actual amount spent. 

    All other permitted exchanges can only be made at a Warehouse One store. Find a store near you.
