Our hourly team members are the foundation of our stores and the customer's first impression of Warehouse One. As such it's important to Warehouse One to have the very best team members representing our stores and helping our customers. We start with a detailed hiring process to find the best employees, but it doesn't stop there. Once we have the best we want to keep you! We do that by offering a wide variety of benefits:

Flexible Schedules

Most Warehouse One stores are open from 9:30 AM until 9:00 PM. That means there is a wide range of shifts available, and no real late-night hours to work. So whether you're attending school or a stay at home mom you can have the flexibility and balance you need in your life.

Competitive Wages

Warehouse One rewards its team members based on performance. That's why hourly team members are paid a competitive wage that includes a personal selling bonus and annual review. Assistant Managers are eligible for a monthly and quarterly bonus.

Group Insurance Plan

After 3 months of employment, all full-time team members who work 25 hours or more become a part of our benefits plan that includes extended dental and medical coverage, vision care, life insurance and short & long term disability insurance. We also offer paid sick, and personal days.

Clothing Discount

We encourage all of our team members to wear and promote Warehouse One's wearable, affordable, irresistable clothing! To help you do that we provide you, your spouse or common-law partner, and dependant children a 50 % discount on regular priced merchandise.

Career Advancement

At Warehouse One we know many of our future Managers come from our hourly team members. With that in mind we have developed a WHO Leaders program designed to develop and coach our part-time and full-time team members into our future leaders. Length of Service Program

We value our employees and want to recognize and reward important milestones. Instead of the standard watch or pin after 5,10,15 or 20 years of service, we let you select your own gift from our company gift catalogue. How does a new set of golf clubs, a barbeque or a spa retreat sound?

We know how important a good education is. That's why we support educational pursuits of both our part-time team members as well as the children of our full-time team members.

Education Program

For all full-time team members who wish to upgrade their education we offer a 50% reimbursement on all job related courses and textbooks. When you excel, we excel!
