Warehouseone.com accepts the following payment options:

Please note that we can only accept multiple tender payment when a Warehouse One gift card is used in combination with a credit card.
To help make your shopping experience more safe, simple, and secure, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts the data you send over the internet. If SSL is enabled, you will see a padlock at the top of your browser and you can click on this to get information about the SSL digital certificate registration. CHARGING PAYMENTS & ORDER VERIFICATION
All orders are subject to verification and acceptance prior to shipping and will only be charged when your order is shipped. Charges will appear on your credit card statement as "Warehouseone.com".
By placing an online order with us, you agree to pay the price applicable for the merchandise in your order as of the time you submitted your order ("Merchandise Price"), the delivery fees for the shipping service you select ("Shipping Fees"), and any applicable taxes. Warehouse One will automatically bill your credit card submitted as part of the order process for such amounts and you hereby authorize us to do so.
We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline or cancel your order (in whole or in part) for any reason. We may require additional verifications of information before accepting any order. Your order is not accepted until it is shipped. If we cancel all or a part of your order, we will either: (a) issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount charged for the cancelled portion (if your credit card has already been charged for the order) or (b) we will not charge your credit card for the cancelled portion of the order.
Warehouse One is not responsible for any typographic errors that may appear on warehouseone.com.
Customers cannot use multiple credit cards or debit cards to pay for their order. Should you wish to use a gift card as a tender type in conjunction with a credit card, be sure to enter your gift card as the first step in your payment options at checkout prior to entering your credit card information.
Occasionally, credit card payments fail due to a misentered credit card number or security code/CVS number, or due to an incorrect expiry date. Entering an incorrect billing address may also cause the payment to fail - please ensure the billing address is entered exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.
If your credit card was declined and you didn't receive an order number, you may still see a charge on your credit card account.
This charge is a pre-authorization hold and will be automatically removed from your account according to your credit card issuer's policy. To find out when the charge associated with pre-authorization hold will be removed from your credit card account, please contact your credit card holder directly.
WAREHOUSEONE GIFT CARDS
You can now use your Warehouse One gift cards online!
Multiple tender payment is permitted only when paying with a Warehouse One gift card in combination with a credit card, or with multiple gift cards when a single gift card doesn't have a sufficient balance. In cases where you wish to use a Warehouse One gift card as a tender type, customers may choose to use multiple gift cards. Simply follow the steps at checkout. Should you wish to use a gift card as a tender type in conjunction with a credit card, be sure to enter your gift card as the first step in your payment options at checkout prior to entering your credit card information.
The INTERAC® Online payment option is currently only available to cardholders with online banking from participating financial institutions. When you're going through the checkout process, select INTERAC® Online as your payment option on the "Billing" page. You will be prompted to log in to your issuing bank and approve the payment. Please note that for INTERAC® Online transactions, the funds will be withdrawn from your bank account immediately after you place your order. Any adjustments or order cancellations will be refunded directly to your account at the time of processing. After your INTERAC® Online payment has been completed you will be brought back to the Warehouse One website to your order confirmation page.
If your payment fails to complete, please contact your bank for further assistance or place your order again using a different tender type.
To use PayPal as a tender type, select PayPal as your payment option on the "Billing" page. You will be redirected to the PayPal site where you can confirm your payment. After your PayPal payment has been completed you will be brought back to the Warehouse One website to confirm your order. Online purchases made with PayPal cannot be refunded back to your PayPal account in store and will be processed in store as either a merchandise exchange or store credit. You may also return by mail for a refund in the form of original payment. Please see our Return Policy page for details.
